The Path Here

I came to this work the way many of us do: looking for a way home to myself.

For more than a decade I've guided people back into their bodies through therapeutic movement, breath, sound and stillness. The work has taken me from community health organizations like the Parkinson’s Foundation to law firms, universities, studios and retreat centers like Esalen, and into spaces where healing is hardest to reach, including programs with incarcerated and marginalized communities. I teach in both English and Spanish.

I hold an MA in Yoga Studies from Loyola Marymount University and an MS in Yoga Therapy from Maryland University of Integrative Health, and I continue to study the health sciences and clinical care. That grounding in physiology lets me pair contemplative tradition with what we know about the nervous system, recovery and longevity.

What I offer is simple and deeply personal: a steady presence, practical tools, and a space where you can feel, adjust and restore. Every session meets you exactly where you are.

Member, EQX West Hollywood

“Lizbeth is one of the best, if not the best, instructor I have come across in my many years of practice. Her knowledge of the body imbued in her very deliberate pedagogy and dissemination of philosophy to her students leaves no stone left unturned for a truly thorough and transformative experience.”

Alex Dent, Guru, Black is Bliss

“Liz loves what she does and by her calm unflappable demeanor, it is also obvious that she practices what she teaches. She has intelligence, wit, a quick mind, and a delightful sense of self-deprecating humor. I recommend you to meet her for an endeavor that is articulate, intelligent, poised, and an empathetic young woman chooses to take on.”
